This enables both individual size adjustment and height adjustability using the adjustment wheel at the back of the head. This is a great advantage for ponytail wearers, as they can make room for a ponytail by adjusting the height. Go on off-road adventures with the lightweight and well ventilated bike helmet or alternatively wear it for commuting.
