Who we are
Primera Sports Poole opened as our second bike shop in Dorset and has been in action for over 15 years now. We started our cycle shop in Poole out as our mountain bike shop, stocking world-leading brands. However, after a few years, we also introduced electric and road bikes due to high demand.

Bike Workshop
We have a comprehensive bike workshop and fitting service in Poole with 2 expert mechanics who are both trained to the highest standards. Our bike fitting service is free with every bike purchased from Primera Sports Poole. If your bike needs a repair, we can help you with a range of services including general mechanics, wheel building and electric bike updates. Due to very high demands on workshop time and keeping waiting times manageable we only service and perform warranty work on e-bikes which we have supplied. As workshops hit extremely busy times and suppliers find it difficult to keep up with demand, booking times are running at 2-3 weeks.
