As workshops hit extremely busy times and suppliers find it difficult to keep up with demand, booking times are running at 2-3 weeks. So if possible, please book in advance! If it’s an emergency fix you need on a Primera bike, we will always try and get you in much faster.
For e-bikes bought from our Primera bike shop in Bournemouth, we cover all electric updates and warranty work. If you have bought your bike from a mail-order store and you need warranty work, you will need to return it to that store, for the above reasons.
