By submitting an order, you are accepting the Terms and Conditions of the Primera website, as set out below. Please read these terms carefully, and print and keep a copy of them for your reference.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO SEND ORDERS WHICH HAVE BEEN GIVEN A ‘HIGH RISK’ RATING BY SAGEPAY.
WE CAN NO LONGER ACCEPT CHEQUES FOR PAYMENT. We can only accept cash and the following credit/ debit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, Switch/Maestro, American Express via PayPal.
We cannot send orders to B.F.P.O addresses. We will not accept B.F.P.O addresses as a valid billing address, even if an order is attempted and payment is authorised by SagePay.
We do not refund postage on returned unwanted items.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer any of our 0% finance deals in conjunction with any other offer.
Finance is only available to residents of the United Kingdom.

We always take payment at time of submitting an order, whether we have the item(s) in stock or not.
All descriptions/ pictures/ sizes/ weights…etc of items available to purchase on our website are given in good faith and are subject to change without notice due to manufacturers constantly upgrading/ changing their products.
We aim to keep the website as accurate and up to date as humanly possible. However we will not be held responsible for any errors found herein. If an order is placed for an invalid or incorrectly described or priced item a full refund will be submitted.

Items listed on our website are purely an invitation to order. They do not constitute that the item is in stock. We do not and cannot guarantee that every item on our website is available at time of ordering. If an item is ordered and we do not have stock then we will try to contact you to see if you would like to wait while we obtain more stock, an alternative item or refund, provided a correct email address and telephone number is provided. We reserve the right to withdraw any item without notice. Postage prices are also subject to change.

UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, Royal Mail Recorded or Royal Mail letter post for small, light orders and Parcelforce for heavier, bulky orders. Please allow approx 2-3 days for delivery after the order has been despatched. Large and heavy items, e.g turbo trainers and work stands, will be sent by Parcelforce (UK Mainland only).
Overseas orders are sent using Royal Mail International Signed For service and Royal Mail Airsure service (where permitting). Heavier items e.g. bicycles are sent using Parcelforce Worldwide. Delivery times will vary depending on destination, customs clearance, local postal service etc. Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery. Postage costs include Insurance for the value of the order.
Bicycles sent within the UK are sent by Parcelforce 48 Hour Service.
We aim to despatch orders as quickly as we can but we cannot guarantee same day despatch and we cannot guarantee ‘next day’ delivery. The mail order department operates Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm.
Once the order has been despatched you will receive an email confirming this, provided the email address given is correct. We recommend checking your junk mail folder as this is where the despatch confirmation email can end up.
We use Royal Mail Tracked service to deliver most UK orders. A signature is required. If you are not in then the Postman should leave you a card informing you to collect your order from your nearest Delivery Office.
Please note: we have no control over how the Postal Service operates and we will not be held liable for late/delayed orders. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timescale then please contact us.
