If you receive your order and it is wrong/ faulty/ not what you wanted/ don’t like the colour etc, then please fill in the returns form that is included with every order and include it with the items that you are returning. If a returns form is not included then please give us a call on 01202 775588 and let us know what is being returned, or if the order was done online or over the telephone, and if an exchange or refund is required. This helps us to sort out any returns quickly.

Please return items back to us within 30 days of purchase, or by the end of January in the event of unwanted Christmas Presents.

Please include your receipt as proof of purchase or a photocopy if you require it for your records.

Goods returned for exchange or refund MUST be in mint, unused, re-saleable condition, with all clothing tags (if they were included) and all packaging etc

We do not refund POSTAGE costs on unwanted items returned for exchange or refund.

Saddles are one of those items that someone may find comfortable yet another cyclist will find painful. Because of this, we cannot accept any saddles back for a refund that have been fitted to seatposts and used. We will only accept back saddles that have not been used with all packaging or labels that came with it.

Returns procedure on products bought on finance.

If you purchased an item on finance you have a 14 day cooling-off period (please see your finance documents).

There will be an admin fee of 25% on returns of special orders or products bought on finance.
