When Covid19 Lockdown took a grip of the nation its no secret that everyone jumped on bikes! And why not! We all know cycling is a fantastic sport and there is no better way to get out and about.
So as bike shops hit their busiest time of year workshop loads increase as other years, but with the added boom of bike sales and first free services, it really has put bike shops under pressure. With this current situation, we are in a position where we can only book in bikes for customers who have actually purchased them from Primera Sports. This allows us to offer great service to our customers as we really appreciate your support.
We carry out all service work from a gold service through to an inner tube replacement. E-Bikes supplied by ourselves get full updates as and when they are released, these really do enhance the ride quality and give you even more back from your ride. Please call one of our stores if you require service work and we can talk you through costings.
Specialized has recently announced a recall on Sirrus And Sirrus X bikes due to possible chainset issues. On these model bikes we have sold please get in touch asap by calling into our stores. PLEASE NOTE due to our current workloads we are not in a position to complete work on warranty bikes we have not sold, at a time of year when staff take holidays and the need to keep workshops Covid19 safe we have had to put restrictions in place.
