With regular updates available, it is very important to keep your bike up to date to improve the ride and give you the very latest system. We carry out regular services on e-bikes and on service day we check for updates for you and carry them out. With Covid-19 the bike trade has suddenly hit much greater demands on service work. Overnight, bike sales went through the roof and, with lots of customers booking bikes in the workshop, the weeks soon got booked up. This has placed extra workloads at a time we are having to provide greater safety for our staff. With Covid procedures in place every job is taking longer. This causes greater back logs which, hopefully, in time will calm down. As the workshop bookings are currently 2-3 weeks in advance, new builds taking place and warranty work, we have put in place a system where we only work on e-bikes we have sold. This gives us a better chance to keep our customers bikes running and everyone happy. If you have a Primera supplied e-bike and you develop an issue we will get you in asap. If you have bought from a mail-order company you will need to get them to complete any warranty work and updates for you.
