Since working with Bikestrong UK I've realised how investing in coaching is the best thing you can do to improve your performance, enjoyment and health on the bike.

 Beforehand I had been training myself, and as a student thought coaching was expensive. However since I first spoke to the coaches at Bikestrong I knew that it was exactly what I needed to push me on. The communication is excellent with a programme to suit my own goals and life commitments which is a massive thing for me with a busy life. It's definitely not just a copy and paste one size fits all training programme!
