HOW TO USE IT?
We are proposing a new way to ALS yourself: Use it as the main top garment directly over your ASSOS interactive body insulators, short or long sleeve, depending on the climaRange - really, really nice! And of course it's an ideal tool to extend the mission range of your short- or long-sleeve jersey by wearing the falkenZahn over it, also allowing you take it off as your ride progresses.
ALS TIPS
In the winter, instead of wearing a long sleeve jersey / jacket under your ASSOS clima.X shell, use the falkenZahn. Being a lighter garment, it will better help your shell to keep you dry.
THE CONSTRUCTION
The falkenZahn features 6 textiles, 17 patterns and 13 components.
- TwinDeck Foil ASSOS technology on the upper front chest panel. It's a double layer: RXQ fleecy type textile on the outside combined with an ultra thin, specific "transportation" layer inside for increased insulation and a more effective "pull & push" effect.
- Integrated ASSOS rear stabilizer panel design, enabling the falkenZahn to click onto your body, reduces vertical stretch and keeps loaded pockets positioned properly (ASSOS patent No. EP 1 891 868).
- Three rear pockets, zippered safety pocket, rear reflective visibility stripes.
CAMPIONISSIMO AEPD
Thanks to its 4-way super stretch fabrics, the cut is a snug one, enabling the garment to contour to your body to perform at its finest without restricting your movements or putting pressure on you.
THE KEY FABRIC
The falkenzahn's main fabric is the custom-made, not commercially available RXQ series of ASSOS textile laboratory fabrics. Fleecy type, inner-surface-brushed, bielastic textile to ensure exceptional heat insulation, optimal breathability and an unsurpassed ability to perfectly contour to your body. The natural antibacterial properties prevent irritation and allow for next-to-skin wear if required. Thanks to the use of the hollow fibres, the falkenZahn's "pull & push" function accelerates moisture evaporation management, keeping your internal microClima stable and warm.
CONCLUSION
A very nice-to-have piece of equipment for the ASSOS rider's wardrobe. Provides cozy insulation and a wearing sensation of total comfort.
