Description

The Northwave Fahrenheit Arctic 2 GTX winter boot is constructed to withstand the most extreme weather conditions winter has to offer.
Warm and waterproof and made with the Gore-Tex® membrane that guarantees total protection against water, wind and snow, while still delivering extreme breathability.

NRG Carbon Reinforced Sole

NRG Air Carbon Reinforced provides increased stiffness thanks to the new blend of nylon reinforced with fiberglass and enriched with carbon. As with the whole road soles collection, it features the AirFlow ventilation system. Vents favour an optimal air flow in and out.

S.L. Closing System

The Speed Lace closing system allows a perfect sealing of the foot, while providing excellent speed and functionality: lock and release in a few gestures.

Be visable, be safe range

The “Be visible, Be safe” range is designed to ensure maximum visibility and safety for cyclists even in the trickiest conditions.
Particularly in winter when days are shorter and you’re riding in fog and rain, it’s vital for cyclists to have technical features they can count on to increase visibility: that’s why our bright fluorescent colors, strategically positioned reflective details and inserts, and the special HiViz LED device are the best solutions available.

Primera review

At Primera Northwave winter boots are our best friends come winter.

One thing cyclists hate is cold wet feet, we use these for commuting and long Sunday rides and they have always performed really well. Stiff sole for great power output, so when you are driving up the hills you are still able to put full power down and feel good on the road. This model comes with a three bolt fitting which works with Shimano and Look pedal systems. We feel confident that the Gortex liner is going to look after our feet and keep us cosy. Lots of rides done over the years before products like this were available and the last 20 mile on a 100 miler winter ride and our feet have been numb with the cold. Good safe colour to get you noticed on grey days and keep us safer on the ride in to work, so a winner allround!
