Primera “Windtex” Winter Team Jacket Review
After finally getting my Primera winter jacket, I couldn’t wait to put it through its paces in the British winter weather, when I listened to the forecast on Saturday evening and heard the words heavy showers, strong winds and bitterly cold, I couldn’t wait to wear the jacket on Sunday morning.
After 75 miles over the hills of Dorset in the wind and rain it was a perfect debut for the jacket, it was nice to wear a jacket that wasn’t to bulky and heavy yet still gave me the protection that was required.
The high collar ensured that whilst descending, there was no wind chill at all and this kept me warm throughout the ride.
It’s great to be able to wear the garment all year round as the sleeves are detachable, converting it into a windstopper gilet. 3 large pockets on the rear and 1 valuables pocket ensured I had enough room for everything that I needed to carry.
I must be the only person in the country that is looking forward to wind and rain!!
