Eamonn has also been competing in endurance events for over 20 years and he really understands how athletes feel when they are injured. As an athlete himself he knows how important it is for you to get back training, both physically and psychologically. He can help you achieve this both quickly and safely. Eamonn deals with soft tissue injuries (muscles, tendons and ligaments) and "general maintenance massage" and can help support you to achieve your goals.
Eamonn has competed in Triathlons, Duathlons, Road Running, Cycling Time Trials and Road Racing and has a vast experience of racing, training, preparation and diet. He has also been involved in triathlon coaching and worked with the Great Britain Developement Squad.
